Tips & Toes Nail Salon Policies

At our Nail Salon, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Tips & Toes Nail Salon experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.

**As we do understand things happen, our policy is that we hold reservations for 10 minutes pass the schedule time. If no prior notice has been given of late arrival, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment.

** Slippery Floors: As we strive to maintain a clean and dry environment for the safely of your clients and staff, we highly advice to walk carefully around the nail salon. specially after you gotten a pedicure, as our disposable sandals are not slip resistant. You may bring your own sandals if you like, we would be more than happy to use them to make you feel more comfortable.

**We have a not pet policy, even though our 4-legged friends are very much part of our life and enrich us much more. We ask that they stay at home. Service animals are more than welcome, please make sure you have proper documentation upon request.
